Sales Executive

OmniPro works at the heart of the Accountancy profession. We provide Technical & Practice Management Support to Accountants. We provide practical support to accountants, their companies, and clients in the areas of Auditing, Financial Reporting, Company Law, Tax, Regulation, Practice Management & Practice Development 

As part of OmniPro’s Sales Team, you will be the one who champions the key aspects of the company operations. Your role will be to deliver set targets through outbound & inbound calls, assigned by the Head of CPDStore. These targets will include new sales while maintaining our existing customer base and adding value to the customer’s account. 

You will be supported to improve quality, product knowledge, overall sales and customer retention through coaching and support to increase operational productivity along with other targets & KPI’s. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets 
  • Effective objection handling during customer interactions 
  • Generate leads and build relationships with existing customers or potential sales lead. 
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and resolve queries first time. 
  • Listening skills and understanding customers’ needs are essential so that you are able to match and promote our services to their needs. 
  • Accurately document & record all calls using the appropriate software. 
  • Contribute positively to the team and department through team and one to one to meetings. 
  • Demonstrate flexibility in order for personal and departmental achievement within a competitive market environment. 
  • Adaptable approach to Ad-hoc Sales Campaigns 

 

Skills requirements & attributes 

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience in a contact centre or outbound sales environment 
  • Target driven, with a strong sales focus. 
  • Ability to work of own accord to achieve and exceed targets. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written & verbally. 
  • Excellent problem-solving ability 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken. 
  • Professional telephone manner is essential. 
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise. 
  • Good computer skills 
  • Customer and Sales focused. 
  • Assertive, confident, competitive, and energetic
