Online Community Manager & Content Creator for ProfitPro located in Wexford and responsible for all social media, content creation and community management duties as outlined below.

Reports and accountable to: Head of Marketing / Executive Assistant

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating Blogs from existing content to inform clients and improve SEO and engage and inform clients
  • Creating lead magnets from existing & new content  
  • Take ownership & grow the social media channels of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram to increase follower base and engagement  
  • Being the main point of contact for member & non-member queries 
  • Communicating with members & non-members to keep them engaged   
  • Work with key internal leaders to ensure communications are produced and sent on time and tracked for efficiency 
  • Setting up campaigns to segment audiences based on interests and actions 
  • Track and report critical metrics pertaining to social media and website visits  
  • Owning the design and development of the members area and informing members when content has been added or updated  
  • Video Editing & Graphic Design 

 

Skills requirements & attributes 

  • Relevant qualifications 
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role  
  • Organised, diligent, and can see both the details of a project as well as the larger picture 
  • Knowledgeable about social media marketing and digital communications, with deep experience of standard methodologies 
  • Can communicate clearly and directly   
  • Audience-focused, with a strong understanding of supporter journeys, audience segmentation, and user engagement strategies 
  • A good collaborator, able to work both independently and as part of a team 
  • A strong writer and editor 
  • Attention to detail, accuracy & excellent communication skills 
  • Have experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or similar  
  • Experience in Infusionsoft/KEAP an advantage but not essential 
  • Experience in Premiere Pro or other video editing software an advantage but not essential  
  • Knowledge of the accountancy profession and the accountancy market a definite advantage 
  • Analytical skills; experience with or curiosity about using data to advise strategies 
  • Ability to take ownership of role and relating products
